Dance sculpture, 2017
This black wrought iron dance sculpture consists of a triangular base, the corners of which are topped by three rods culminating in a ring the diameter of a thigh. The circular base on which the supporting foot is placed rotates on a ball- bearing system, allowing it to turn on its axis. Once the top of the leg is secured in the ring, the sculpture acts as a base, allowing the rest of the body to move freely. It is featured in Saint-Rémi.
